Alex De Jong is a Grammy Award-winning recording and mix engineer based in Richmond, Virginia. He currently serves as chief engineer and studio manager at Spacebomb Studio.

Alex has a deep love for reverb, drums recorded in mono and is drawn to records with character, depth, and a strong sense of place. He has worked with a wide range of artists including Nate Smith, Gwar, Albert Hammond Jr., Flock of Dimes, Trey Songz, Butcher Brown, Nicholas Payton, Mad Skillz, Tim Barry, and Charlie Hunter.
